Whilst this smoothie was very ordinary smoothie made with
milk kefir, curly kale, banana, honey, oats, and linen seeds powder, I'd like to show the back stage where I take maky of my pictures with smoothies, cooking, and baking. The Irish sea is behind the window, my two orchids at the window (left is from hubby and the right one is from mum). And the main gere is a glass tea table - I love how things reflect on its surface.
