Variant 1
What you need are:
- Milk kefir - 1 pint or less
- 1 banana
- 1/2 of avocado (it is OK if you take the whole one)
- 1 tbsp ground linen seeds
- 1 tsp chia seed
- 1 small apple (better without skin)
- NO sugar!!
Put everything is a jar and blend (or use smoothie maker) until it is smooth like sour cream.
What you need are:
Everything the same as in Variant 1 but without avocado and add more chia seeds.
Preparation is the same but leave it for a while so the chia seeds are soaked well and make the kefir mix almost like jelly.
